A Royal Motor Yacht Club Wedding

Last week, I officiated another beautiful wedding on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Tucked away in Pittwater’s Salt Pan Cove, you will find the beautiful Royal Motor Yacht Club. The location has beautiful sweeping views of Pittwater and its surrounding landscapes. You will fall in love with the peace and tranquillity the bay has.

As always, I like to get to my locations early so I can set up and get organised. Those of you who know me, know I do not like rushing or doing things at the last minute, especially because I have a bit of gear with me. Upon my early arrival I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk who was as excited us I was about the days wedding. It is so refreshing to be greeted by someone that makes you feel at home in a place you have never been before.

As I made my way to the function room I was amazed that everything was already set up and looked so beautiful. As I took in the beauty of the room I was greeted by Grace the wedding coordinator. Grace was a delight and made me feel so welcome, it was like we had known each other a long time. I could not help but think how lucky all the brides and grooms are to have Grace look after them.

I made my way down to the beautiful outdoor area where the ceremony was going to be held. Everything was ready, the beautiful arbour was dressed, and all the chairs where beautifully laid out. Dan, the singer from Lily Road was already setting up and was very helpful when my equipment failed….Thank you Dan.

Well, with plenty of time left before the bride was to arrive I made my way inside to find a good coffee and table to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Pittwater.

Such a beautiful location to hold an event.
